Full White Drag are touted as one of the “next big things” to come out of Canada, which makes you wonder who decides these things. On their five song EP, Everything Will Fall On One Night, the pace never proceeds past a crawl, with every song underscored by some sort of ambient static noise. Distorted lyrics and even more distorted guitars abound, as Full White Drag seem enamoured by how they can make noise, forgetting that they are supposed to be making music. Everything seems to come out of the speakers slowly, falling flat on its face and, five songs later, you wish you had those 17 minutes of your life back.
