Undergraduate students who dream of ruling over the student body should start practicing their political rhetoric.
Nomination packages for the 65th Students’ Union General Election are currently available at the SU office, as well as on the SU website.
Students who want to run for one of five executive positions or 16 commissioner positions, as well as those interested in faculty, board of governors or senate representative positions must be nominated between Jan. 29-31.
A detailed description of the different positions can also be found on the SU website.
Voting for the election, which runs Feb. 13-15, will be done online through the myUofC webpage.
In addition to referendum questions, the ballot will contain a plebiscite question asking students to indicate their priorities concerning the SU quality money.
