Student killed in car accident

A University of Calgary student died this week after losing control of his car and crashing into a light pole.

Fraser Thomas Noseworthy, 19, died Mon., Sept. 26 after passing motorists pulled him from the wreck of his Honda Prelude near 37th Street SW. He was heading home from his girlfriend’s house when the accident occurred.

Noseworthy was beginning his first-year at the U of C in pursuit of a bachelor of Health Sciences degree. His father is Dr. Tom Noseworthy, Director of the Centre for Health and Policy Studies and professor, Department of Health Sciences at the U of C.
