1) I know what it’s like to be a student, I have my Electrical Masters Certificate. I think that students’ problems are not being heard.

2) I think that for students, there should be subsidized transit fares. I am also in support of extending the C-Train system as well as encouraging running the c-train later, till say, 4 or 5 a.m. on all days except holidays.

Right now there is too much construction too fast. The city needs to ask the citizens what is good for them and then respond to it.

3) By making community events available to all people through lowering admission prices. We have a very diverse city and there are many things people would like to attend, but just don’t have the funds. I want to help these people explore what Calgary has to offer.

4) Lower taxes and encourage other government bodies to share wealth with Calgary.

5) Making post-secondary education economically available is very important for the growth of our future. If people can’t afford to go to school, it doesn’t mean they shouldn’t. The government should do more to subsidize students.

6) This is our environment and we have to take care of it. I want to build a recycling plant and promote community awareness about the importance of recycling. This recycling plant will take our efforts and turn them into a profit.

7) The city needs to ask the citizens where they need affordable housing. The city needs to see where the demand is and respond.
